JOURNEY - a story of an alien abduction

Carl wakes up to find he has been placed in a human zoo on an alien world. His alien adductors left him with his memories of Earth but nothing else. He is led to village that is populated by follow abductees and their descendents, and who are quite happy to live their lives in the isolated peninsula. The peninsula is blocked from the mainland by a desert and sea monsters in the surrounding waters.

But Carl is determined to find a way home again and embarks on the impossible journey to escape. That task is as hard as winning the heart of the Witchdoctor’s daughter, who is forbidden to marry.
